The CHANCE consortium is lead by Prof. Francesco Capozzi and Prof. Alessandra Bordoni, University of Bologna, Italy and consists of 17 partners from 9 European countries.
The majority of the consortium partners are research institutes, but there is also a number partners who are small & medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food and drink sector.
Two European non-profit organisations in the fields of communication and standardisation are involved in the project to create awareness of the project and ensure its outcomes are efficiently communicated to relevant target audiences.
